Tours

We warmly invite prospective families to visit any of our four campuses for an in-person tour. Seeing a Montessori classroom in action is the best way to understand the Montessori method and to determine if International Montessori Schools is the right fit for your family.

During your tour, you will have the opportunity to observe our classrooms, meet our educators, ask questions, and experience the calm, purposeful atmosphere of a Montessori school. Tours are typically scheduled during school hours so that you can see the children at work.

Can't visit in person right away? We offer virtual tours that allow you to explore our campuses and classrooms from the comfort of your home. Our virtual tours provide a comprehensive look at our prepared environments, Montessori materials, and school community.

To schedule a virtual tour or to access our virtual tour resources, please contact our admissions office. We are happy to arrange a live video tour with a member of our team, or to provide you with recorded tour materials.

Calendars

Our school calendars include important dates for the academic year, including the first and last days of school, holidays, school closings, special events, and more. Calendars are provided to enrolled families at the beginning of each school year and are updated as needed throughout the year.

Closings and Delays

In the event of inclement weather or other emergencies that require school closings or delays, we will notify enrolled families through our standard communication channels as early as possible.

Snow Day Policy

In general, we follow the lead of local public school districts when making decisions about weather-related closings and delays. However, we may make independent decisions based on the specific conditions at each of our campus locations. When in doubt, please contact your campus directly.
